MML was the Prime Contractor responsible for the mechanical conversion from a gas fired rooftop ducted ventilation system to a distributed heat pump system including a new condensing boiler plant, outdoor condenser and makeup air unit. The construction schedule and implementation program were phased to accommodate tenant access.
