Hamilton Wentworth District School Board Education Centre

The new headquarters of the Hamilton Wentworth District School Board is a 113,500 square foot, 2 storey Education Centre – Office Centre complex. Built to handle the future needs of the School Board as they develop the 50,000 students in the Hamilton community that they serve. This building is constructed to cut previous energy costs of the old board’s headquarters by 25%.

Mattina Mechanical Limited was engaged as a Mechanical Sub-Contractor with Buttcon and our scope included over 100 pieces of equipment (AHU, humidifiers, pumps, chillers) complete with seismic restraint systems and installation of over 300,000 feet of plumbing, drainage and heat piping.
