Mattina Mechanical Limited takes a hard stand on our environment. The company believes that efforts today will create a better tomorrow.

Corporate Office

Management has implemented a full scale recycling program throughout its entire facility. Green bins are located in the kitchen, blue bins can be found at every desk, and a recycling station can be found in the warehouse. All staff is encouraged to recycle and reuse whenever possible. Management is currently doing research into solar power and its viability for the company.

Job sites

As recycle bins are mobile, the company’s program is able to move from site to site. This program is extended to include job site waste: cardboard, scrap metals, separation of dirt from waste, etc.

LEED Certified Projects

The Company has completed work on various projects that are LEED Certified.

LEED involves strategies aimed at improving performance throughout construction and during operation of the facility. This includes energy savings, water efficiency, CO₂ emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.
